Something my girlfriend talk about quite often is the cognitive dissonance that comes with listening to an artist like Varg, as leftists (me) and mixed race people (both of us). It's something I have a difficult time reconciling with myself, lol. Like when I found out about Jon Schafer and his far right militia affiliations. Dark Saga is one of my favorite albums OAT. I mean, I'm not surprised at all.. but it still sucks. I'd almost rather just stay ignorant on such matters.
