Feel like it’s a spoiler if I tell you but the very first scene in S2 basically tells you why

she found out in the time jump that Joel lied to her. He took away her agency, put the deaths of a bunch of people (and the death organisation that was important to her life ) on her conscience, put the continuation of the apocalypse and many more deaths on her conscience, took away what she thought was her meaning/purpose, made the choice for her etc.

Idk why but that fight scene in the start with her training bothered me. They went for a realistic fight scene with a triangle choke and omoplata but for some reason the triangle starts choking the guy when he should have been fine and he’s fine when it should have been choking him lmao. Also she mad the dude pulled back and didn’t actually KO her lmao. Feels like such fake tough guy s***. It actually makes it hard to sell her tougher badass image.
Rest of it was good, i haven’t played the game since launch so a lot of it almost feels new. I would like to see how they diverge the story and spread this across the season cause it feels like it should be longer than just a season.

Also maybe 75% of Abby in episode 2 is them surveying Jackson, staying in that lodge thing and planning, giving joel and Ellie time to do the convo
