I don't know if it was my favorite episode. But yes the ending had my favorite scenes by far.

It was terrifying and hard to watch but the payoff was exactly what we needed.

It's crazy how I feel like I don't see enough of Joel and Ellie. And the show ends next weeks

Cliche but acted well and memorable true . I guess the only knock on it is that feels like Ellie and Joel needed an episode that long of just them. To earn the moment from tonnight episode. That could just be a me thing but tonight didn't feel earned fully in many ways. Which makes me worry or feel the same about finale. Wish the fiinale was 80 minutes or a double episode like feel. I know it was about same length in game but

Using this time to show Marlene perspective hammer home how grey it is , show fireflies perspective especially since they will come up again season 2 and 3\. Show Marlene and Doctor audio log from game some how. Girafffe and so much more

Would just help to have a longer episode for all those moments to breathe considering its the conclusion.

As I said earlier and people thought it was meant to be a slight but I was and still am serious. All of the episodes have had like a good moment, new perspective or scene I liked but no episode knocked it out of the park front to back for me personally. They have glimpses though.

I am trying to think of how they could have connected it more but I truly don't know. I think replaying the game simply best move. I wonder if and how it will affect future seasons

I don't need or want walking dead but Ellie and Joel facing more adversity together and combat being like a puzzle together of how they find a way to stay alive would have helped. It feels like they skated by a bit when you remove human and infected combat encounters to this large a degree. Everyone said med kit would look silly but two shots of penicillin and this man back :deadfast:
