The car , boomer , infected crawling up set piece could have been smaller more intimate while accomplishing the same thing then give more stealth like things like I mention . Again 1 clicker in episode 2 main tense moment to me of show and episode 5 car infected part specifically. Sets cost a lot , boomer suit cost a lot but I wouldn’t say it’s due to cost . There will be action in remaining episodes.
I’m saying you can have both . But I’m also saying the action they have shot in the series isn’t quality so in their case it’s not a money issue no . “ action “ or “ tension “ has been sone of their weakest parts to me so they focus on what they are strong at

Bella and Storm had great chemistry, there were a lot of great looking shots, and I loved how faithful it is to the gameI loved the little details and easter eggs that Craig always adds in each episode.
-The trail in the snow that shows that Ellie was able to transport Joel by attaching him to the horse and dragging him
-The Naughty Dog symbol that was on the officer’s keys
-The Take On Me foreshadowingI know there are a lot more details, but those were a few that really caught my attention
