Disagree with it not being easy to translate to film. There are tons of ways to build relationships that doesn't include dialogue while exploring. If the TV series can't do that, then that's on the writers for lacking the creativity to do so.

That’s a big thing where people over estimating how much story is really left to tell. They can easily fit it all within the remaining episodes

Y’all attributing your play through lengths with all these enemy encounters (which will be limited in the show) and player deaths (which there will be none of) so they can go through the rest of the story without all that. Easily within 5 episodes.

Do you not like that trope? I personally like knowing an antagonist has a good motive and is humanized. Or do you find it corny and just want someone being evil for the sake of evil

No humanize enemies I love that just when it’s not hamfisted. A character saying their name or trying to trick someone into trading isn’t really humanizing that much they about to die .
