I really hope they do something similar in terms of doing a deeper dive on the characters with sam and henry

Frank was a really bad written character a f***ing wine mom suburban Karen in the middle of the apocalypse? Lame asf . Bill carried ep 3 , but I'd say from what we saw with abby and her partner it's a major letdown . Ellie has underperformed pretty severely throughout these 3 episodes, a completely one note character. The lack of action is just bizzare too by the time you meet bill I'm the game you've killed so much and that's what ultimately what I want to see Is action paired behind a gorgeous last of us backdrop, I don't want to see these characters just make emotive gestures and be passive aggressive to each other for 60 minutes

I know people are nitpicking episode 3 again that’s cause critics rated it obscenely highly said immediately it deserves awards , best episode of television ever rather than say what they liked about it . They made quotables that dropped a month ago with the embargo . Also obviously for some of them it’s homophobia. It’s not a super out there love story .

that's real thats discussion. I like the cold opens I hope we see more. Pointing that out isn't hate or nitpicking or saying the episode wasn't great or solid.

1. What more levels did you want from Frank? His back story of life before pandemic or how he got in the hole?
2. What do you want from Ellie this early? I think its more her light moments so far have lead to just pure darkness from Joel outside of seat belt moment
3. Action cost money and with the hand cam action would be heavy shake anyway
