Man once I heard that Sarah was Thandie Newton’s daughter and now rewatching the 1st episode…. It’s so obvious. She looks just like her, even her mannerisms and way she moves her head and her eyes looks just like Thandie.

But after watching the 2nd episode, it’s clear that kid was showing early signs of infection.
