are we all getting the itch to replay or is that just me?
Yep. It's time for a replay

That’s crazy you mention that. I literally started my 4th playthrough last night lmao. Can confirm the game still hits. Every time I play this game it just transports me back to 2020. No game has made me feel emotions like this one and it’s truly one of the best gaming experiences of my entire life. I could go on and on about how much I love this game but I’d just be rambling at that point.

I genuinely just randomly decided to play a random mission like a few hours ago
Just out of nowhere
are we all getting the itch to replay or is that just me?
Yep 👍🏽
I was too stealthy my first play through, now we trying to be aggressive 👀

Jeff grubb saying the remake of 1 coming out this holiday

PS5 arriving on friday. 60 fps replay incoming.

Going through grounded+ permadeath per chapter run rn and it’s beating my ass
Still haven’t played this
I replayed TLOU Remastered on PS5 a few months back and loved it even if it was a bit stiff
I’ll be legit shocked if The Last of Us remake drops at the end of this year.
How long has it been in development? 2 years? If so then I assume it’s going to essentially be the same game with updated graphics and expanded gameplay mechanics/encounter adjustments and that’s it.
Can’t imagine they’d have redone/expanded cutscenes (which would mean bringing in all the same actors, redoing motion capture etc.), completely redesigned levels and the like THAT quickly.
Especially with ND’s attention to detail.

Same for me I've said countless times on here that if there is a museum for gaming
This should be in a museum
It's my favorite game of all time bar none

I mostly get the itch to play the first because I was having fun this past winter doing speedruns & challenging myself
Only because it's a shorter game than the second
I was going to wait until I copped a PS5 to replay this, but I doubt I'm buying one anytime soon.

I mean… 2 years with the foundation already there. Tons of models already in tlou2.
Let’s assume the acting / voice lines stay the exact same and it’s redone levels and gameplay and s***. Maybe at most some expanded scenes. I can see this easily be made within 2 years.
Think resident evil remakes. They pushed 2 and 3 out mad fast.
Naughty dog is a huge and talented team. 2 years sounds fine for a remake. Just think about how much s*** from tlou2 they can just reuse

I feel like given the graphic fidelity they’d have to redo animations and the like, their age would probably really start to show.
Not only that, but the game itself from a level design standpoint would really seem off I feel, like areas would feel significantly smaller and truncated by comparison.

I enjoyed it but I don't think I'll ever replay this game. Mostly because I just don't give a s*** about Abby's side of the story. Well except for the chapter with Tommy.
Thinking TLOU 2 Directors Cut and Factions Will be bundled while TLOU remake will be sold on its own.

s***tt was gonna start a replay on friday but might have to wait if this is true

this how I feel about the first one
haven’t played this one yet (I bought it and did play the first maybe 4 hours) on ps4. waiting to get a ps5 or the remaster. I can wait I got a lot on my plate
