What I learned so far about the story is that it really does touches on a lot of topics besides revenge

I just got the part where Dina says she is pregnant# and that was a terrible !#”plot twist”# and writing. Also terrible because it’s a very cliche !#”plot twist” that has appeared in hundreds of movies and games before it.

Nothing bad about that especially when you get later into the story and see what role ideas like that play into the games core themes

It’s objectively so much better in this game. And the gameplay is far more diverse in this game as well.

I think the only real thing the first game may have is stronger characterization and writing but I would disagree on that front as well. I think the sequels storytelling is far more ambitious, ballsy and confident. But yeah I can’t say I’ve cared about anyone in this as much as I cared about Ellie and Joel in the first one, but Ellie’s characterization in this is amazing and it really does help in making me care about her relationship with Dina

The spoilers have to be on one line. If you go to a new line it breaks it and you have to redo it
