    But you succeeded the Strength Throw, this means you didnt fall prone. And thanks to your exclusive "Cunning Action" feat you could use your Bonus Action instead of your action to disengage, so yeah it works out, you could throw the fireball.

    Odeon does a backflip and manages to withstand SA1’s strike without getting beaten into the dust. He’s coughing up blood at this point. With the little strength he has left, he desperately points his finger towards the bridge, a bright streak flashes towards it. SA1 turns around and follows the path of the light with his eyes.
    Moments later, everyone hears a earshattering noise, a blinding light is emitted from the spot Odeon pointed at and a large shadow is cast over the whole area : A huge Ball of Fire envelops the soldiers, their machinery and the bridge.
    Elori can feel the heat since the outter layer of the Fireball almost touch him.

    Soldiers Saving Throws (Odeon Spell Save DC 8+2 Cha = 10)
    (Oh boy, I’ll be rolling for a while, I’ll add the modifier right away, so I dont have to type a lot)
    Soldier 1 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 16 Suceeds
    Soldier 2 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 4 Fails
    Soldier 5 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 15 Suceeds
    Soldier 7 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 8 Fails
    Soldier 13 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 10 Suceeds
    Soldier 14 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 4 Fails
    Soldier 15 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 6 Fails

    All the Soldiers that failed the saving throw get swallowed by the flames, burning in unimaginable pain and fall unconscious right away or worse. ( You don’t see what’s happening to them in detail, because you’re too far away)
    The ones that make the Saving Throw (Nr. 1, 5 and 13) manage to throw themselves onto the ground in the last moment. Nevertheless, they still get charred badly.

    Soldier 1 and 13 will have to do a Dexterity (d20) Saving Throw next round, since the concrete beneath them has become unstable. The soldiers on the northern side of the bridge are now cut off and can’t cross to the south anymore.

    The violent flames blow up the already heated car, causing a second explosion farther down.
    (Natural Hazard Fire Damage (2d6) : 9, Save DC 10)
    The other two vehicles interiors get burned, all three of them become unusable.

    Soldier 9 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 4 Fails
    Soldier 10 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 9 Fails
    Soldier 11 Dexterity Saving Throw (d20+2): 4 Fails

    The whole squad of soldiers in the south that was standing next to the vehicles get’s caught in the second explosion, they are whirled around violently by the oncoming flames, this second burning expierence knocks all of them out
    The only one left Standing of them is Nr. 4 who helplessly watches his comrades beside him go off in flames because of the car explosion.

    Elori makes a Dexterity (d20) Saving Throw, as parts of the bridge start to crumble and the rubble is falling down towards him

    Eye-Kyu glances at the bridge crumbling and decides to run now that he’s in the clear, he reaches the Scrapeyard by the end of his turn.
    The Rest of D12 (Porter, Kuniva, Biz) start running after Odeon.
    Porter gasps on the radio «Holy S*** Odeon…. »
    Coochiemane still in a standoff with SA1 sees Odeon dashing away and smirks again now that the situation has turned around «No killing huh… looks like you’re not the whimp I thought you were after all… good good ! Let’s go ! »
    SA1 hears Coochiemanes comment and looks back and forth, seeing that his whole battalion has just been ravaged by Odeons attack.
    Biz still catching his breath from all the running «Odeon… better them than us… but damn»
    Kuniva notices something and takes a look behind his back as he’s running and sees part oft he bridge crumbling «… F***! Elori?!! Elori?!!!»
    Biz now get’s it too «Damn! Elori you alright?!!»

    It's now Fougeres Turn

    The Gust of Wind disappears since Elori used another Concentration Spell (Fear) and he can only concentrate on one such spell at the time.

    Part of the bridge is collapsing above Elori he tries to get away, but a 50 pound heavy piece of concrete impacts his right leg just as he's about start sprinting. A thick cloud of dust envelopes him, it feels like the leg might be broken. Together with all the other injuries he already suffered he barely has the strength to move anymore.

    Elori takes 4d6 Bludgeoning Damage: 14

    Elori Stats: Health Points: 2/42

    Elori's right leg is trapped beneath the rubble, he will have to do a Strength Check next round to see if he can move it away

    Eloris Movement is halved until he receives a heal (30ft down to 15 ft)

    Elori has to do a Concentration Maintaining Throw (d20) to check if the Fear Spell on SA2 disappears.

    (This doesn't look good at all...)

    Fear remains active on SA2 he will keep sprinting west on his turn since he can still see Elori.

    This means Elori can continue right after Barrys turn, since SA2 wont be able to do anything than just keep sprinting 30 ft to the west. (Poor guy)

    Barry speaks in to the earpiece: “Elori’s in trouble, I’m going over to help him but I need cover. I would like to have done this without killing anyone but it’s too late for that now, so just keep them off us by any means.”

    Barry runs over to Elori and pulls out a Healing Draught (heals 1d8). “Drink this then get your ass up, we’re on thin ice.”
