Elori closes his eyes, breathes in and then with a strong exhale, he thrusts an arm out and casts Gust Of Wind in front of him.

Porter, Biz, Kuniva, Eye-Kyu and Coochiemane get ejected out of the ship with an immense force.
Once can hear Kuniva scream "Wohoooooo!!!" as they are flying out. Fougere lifts his hand to aid them with his spell just at the moment they get blown away, some transparent immaterial feathers appear around the group fading in and out of existance. Their fall slows down, they are slowly gliding towards the water. Judging by the speed they are going, they'll probably get about 80 feet far, there's still a good 200 feet to the shore that the will need to swim tho. You can see large waves caused by the rampaging octopus all around the area.
Fougeres protecting spirits are still circling around the rest of the group.

Turn 8 Octopus
The Tentacle that was left unattended rips open the complete portside, the water now enters at an immense rate, both hospital wards immediatly get filled with water. The Octopus blood in the center gets washed away, it's making it's way towards Elori at an alarming rapid speed.
The ship once again shakes heavily, the floor in the center cracks open because of the weight of the tentacle, part of the water starts seeping towards the floor below through the huge rift right next to Elori.
The other Tentacles also start to advance towards the interior again.

Odeon rushes through the gust to aid Elori he throws a firebolt at the approaching tentacle, but it just gets deflected towards the water, which sizzles and boils up for a moment.

I've got an idea but I need to know something first, how long are the spirits around me going to last? And can I set them to stay here while I leave?

Regarding your question:
The Spirits, like mentioned in the Skilldescription, stay for 10 Minutes (100 Rounds), but if you get damaged or suffer any other condition that could make your concentration waver (like f.e. falling over, natural hazards, a stone thrown at your face etc.) you will need to make a Concentration Saving Throw (d20) to see if you're able to maintain the spell. Also, the spell says that 'They flit around you to a distance of 15 feet for the duration. ', so you're not able to set them, they just circle around you.
If I was to jump out since Jeffrae can swim and breathe underwater now, do you reckon he could wrap around my body or some s*** and pull me through the water? I'd be swimming ofc just for some extra speed. The boat ain't gonna last long

Nah, it wouldn't aid you to gain extra speed, but you'd have advantage on checks against certain natural hazards (like f.e. strong currents trying to divert you).

Jeffrae heeds the call and splashes out of Fougeres body, stetching it's fluid form around him. Fougere jumps into the stream of wind and exits the ship. He flies towards the rest of the squad. (The others who jump later wont be able to profit from Feather Fall since you're gone, so they'll have to make a Dexterity Saving Throw (d20) once they jump out).
