Barry stays on his feet and charges over to the hospital ward, he begins to search through it, but it looks like there's no Life Jacket left in here.

Coochiemane immediatly puts on one himself "One thing is sure... I'm not the one who's going to drown here."

Eye-Kyu still looking around the Hospital ward with Barry and Elori scratches his head "You guys haven't been succesfull either, have you?" then he walks over to the crew.

Biz also makes haste to meet up with everyone.

Porter falls down on his knees as the tentacles bash against the hull again, he says nothing for a moment while remaining in this position "..." then he stands up and goes on "Biz, Eye-Kyu, Kuniva put on those jackets... if there isn't any left I go without one, I was a pretty decent swimmer in highschool, and it's only about 300 feet to the riverbank, I'm pretty confident that I can do it."

Kuniva falls over, but lifts himself up again while being swayed around, he commences shouting at Porter "Are you insane?! Have you seen those waves crushing into the ship out there? This thing is going haywire!"

Porter talks back calmly "Don't worry... we don't have time, but Barry it would at least be favorable to exit on a side where the tentacles aren't in immediate reach, I dunno if that thing is out for the ship or us really."

Biz hesitantly puts on one of the jacket and whispers to Odeon "Yo... I'm not really sure if Denauns decision is the best... and I don't want to pressure anyone of you guys into giving up his vest but... I'm just saying... I mean I would give up mine, but look at my f***ing build..."

Eye-Kyu also goes on to put on the life jacket he was offered by Porter "I hope you're right..." he looks around worried searching for eyecontact with the untouched.

Barry and Odeon only slept and rested for 4 hours, so its only a short rest for both (since you have been searching through the ship with Fougere), long Cooldowns havent been restored for the both of you (if you go a few pages back, I specifically wrote it during the level up posts)

Nah I was in training for 3 years lol. longest I was on a ship was 3 weeks. after that I decided I didn't want it lol. regular times is 6 weeks, twice as long, and I was already going insane.

I give Porter a pat on the back. "I'm sure."

I change my mind about dashing to the bosuns store. realising that staying afloat isn't even my biggest concern. It would be to get away from the kraken.

"Elori..." I say and I pause.

"Do me a favour and blast me out the ship. When I come down I'll do a fireball to the water and hopefully it will keep me flying for even longer."

So you changed occupation after finishing the training I assume.
Nevertheless, seems like a priceless experience to me that not everyone gets to have.

Turn 7 Octopus

The Tentacle on the frontside rips open the hull, a lot of water is streaming into the ship, you can see the tentacle crawling slowly into the direction of the party, almost reaching the center hall. The hospital ward (northside) is filled completely with water, Elori and Barry see that the ward they are in also has a layer of water creeping over the floor now, advancing towards them. The ship is beginning to sink. The Tentacle (top left) near the dry store starts invading the hall where the flame sphere is in again.

Once again the Ship shakes heavily. you're hearing the already damaged floor in the main hall starting to creak.
