Light is still shining through the windows on the side of the ship, as night hasn't fallen completely yet.
The hallway leading down is full of cobwebs, there's a musty odeur in the air. Right around the corner you can see some shower compartments. Further inside the room there's a small reception desk and an office room. The space opens up a bit, on the eastside (map) of the room there's several toilets and a stair leading down to the Tank Top / Engine Facilities (Stairs down).
There's also another small stair in the southwest of the visible area leading up to a closed door which grants access to the rest of this floor of the ship (Door).Porter walks up behind the both, still upstairs he shouts "Everything alright down there?!"

Just as Barry removes the grate you spot several fist-sized spiders crawling along the walls of the passage below. The spiders immediately scuttle away after hearing your footsteps.
I narrow my eyes a bit, “Did you see those Barry?”

"Yeah, those spiders were huge, makes my skin crawl... There's no way I'd sleep down here with those things around. I say we just close the door and head back up."

“I don’t blame the apprehension but I really wouldn’t wanna rest out here on the deck exposed honestly, on the other hand those spiders definitely have to had come from a parent which would presumably be a lot bigger..”

He casts his Speak With Animals ritual and looks down the dark corridor where he last saw the spiders and says “Hello? Are any one of you willing to speak to me?”
For a moment nothing happens. Then a swarm of about 10 spiders creeps out from below the door and they start spreading out inside the room, their talk is all over the place "Food." "Food" "Food" "Prey" "Mate with me!" "Food!" "PREY!" "MATE WITH ME!" they still are keeping a good 20ft distance to Barry and Elori.

Kuniva walks up to the bridge hearing **Barry**s comment "Whatever y'all say, I think there's enough room for us up on the bridge" he spies into the radio room "Doesn't look like it will be cozy tho, only got some office chairs in here, no beds, nuthin' and it will probably get pretty cold in the night, seeing that some of us have wet clothes I hope we don't get sick." he tries to turn the handle into the Radio Room and it opens up "Yup! No problems getting inside... well they probably all needed to flee when... ugh..it began..." he holds his palm to his temple and sighs "Well you decide boys!"

Something huge is squeezing itself beneath the door they all came out. Barry notices just in the brink of the moment. The spiders all start spitting webs at Elori and Barry at the same time. Barry manages to fend them off, but Elori gets overwhelmed by the creature that just enters the room. Looks like a Goliath Bird Eater, but the size is unusually large. It also throws a web over Elori. While the little spiders don't seem much of a threat, this one clearly is something different, almost half the size of a regular adult human.
Elori is restrained and needs to do a DC12 Strength Check as an action to remove the unusually strong webs
Restrained
- A restrained creature’s speed becomes 0, and it can’t benefit from any bonus to its speed.
-Attack rolls against the creature have advantage, and the creature’s Attack rolls have disadvantage.
-The creature has disadvantage on Dexterity Saving Throws.
