They also depending on each other. Parks can do what Joe cant, and Park needs the gig.
They seem to have different type of relationship also. The others could challenge Joe on topics and such, but Parks rarely questions Joe and most times always been in his corner.

I will say though, that Rory & Mal are at fault too for not having their roles clearly defined. Makes it even nastier n funnier when you think about that episode where they were making fun of niggas saying they’re entering into a “partnership” with a company or someone.
