La FlameRory doesnt want to f*** up his income. He quit his job for this. He has other things going for him outside the pod, but they not making him enough money right now. There has been no palooza for a long time now and question is if there will be any in the future. Better to shut up and keep it business as usual if your number one income might go away otherwhise. You dont quit until you have the next thing lined up.
Mal has his family money and he probably has a cut in some businesses, so that he is set and taken care of. But yeah, he probably ended up being the most disrespected in this. They have known each other for the longest and lived with each other. He has the right to be pissed... question if he gets over it and forgives Joe. Or if he just staying put for now until he figures it out.
The business is run by Joe and if they dont accept it, then Joe has no problem letting them go. That is very clear. Dude dont want to be questioned and it his way only.
Think Rory is good financially without the pod lol. Might not be as good, but I doubt it’s his sole reliance on maintaining his current lifestyle

I didnt say he doesnt have money nor that it is his sole reliance.
He worked for Sony with marketing and quit when they joined Spotify and he had Palooza with his other friend group going.
Since then he is also managing Emotional Oranges and working on his own album.
If you lose the income that is possibly making you the most money, right now, you dont quit unless you making more in other areas. Which I dont think he is doing at the moment. He just seem to want to get along with Joe from the last episodes.
He also gained a lot of relationships and status through the pod so maybe he knows thats whats keeping him relevant.
