Episode is trash, and I fail to even see how any of the chemstry will return now that formal aspect of there relationship has been brough to the forefront.

Not only is it that Rory and Mal don't know they employees its that Joe can't handle to tell them that. He finssed them to help build his podcast but he knows he aint giving them no real equity and even if he agrees to call it a partnership, in the end he wants things how he wants it. When he said he had the right to tell Rory to take some episodes off and they said no they should have all agreed, it's clear this lineup aint going to work longterm again.

Thats probably Parks strongest attribute, because he knows what partnering with Joe actually meant. Mal and Rory really think its a partnership where there opinion matters on the business side. As Joe tries to walk around his ego and this dellusion to not hurt thier feelings the shows chemstry goes down the drain.

Bring Ish and Ice back cause this aint it.

I mean that's not surprising though lol he's been Joe's guy for years in music and now with podcasting...Joe got it to where instead of Parks just chiming in occasionally he's become a full part of the show (I'm sure that wasn't Rory and Mal fighting for him to have more input)...so obviously Parks is gonna side with Joe when it comes down to it

mans told Joe maybe we should fight...Joe texts him and tells him to take some time off to cool down...still reaches out to Rory when DMX passed and they cried together on the phone even though they were still "beefing"...but yes Joe is the awful friend because he didn't let it slow down the pod (they did skip an episode or 2 completely if I remember but can only do that for so long before ppl stop checking for it entirely and move the f*** on to something else lol)

Mal is so lame in my eyes for that bullshit he said about "yeah I had to unfollow cause You kept posting clips of these 2 new dudes and mannnnn, it was so nasty, that s*** was so terrible I just couldnt take seeing it" and going in on Ice and Ish for a cool minute like fam what? couldnt believe my ears, that might have been the corniest most feminine s*** I ever heard come out of mal mouth

Think Mal was wondering why Joe told Rory to take time off instead of the whole pod taking a break, Mal said he didn’t feel comfortable recording without Rory, then Joe said what he said.

Each time Rory or Mal brought up how so many people enjoy the show because of their chemistry it felt like there was an elephant in the room lol… I honestly applaud Joe for not mentioning how many people were saying they enjoyed Ish & Ice lol
