He's flawed, we all are.
But yall use that to spin narratives to where he looks absolutely nuts and it's almost never the actual case.
Exactly. To me it looks like Rory and Mal are getting a taste of how it feels to be in the Joe position and they’re the ones walking away with some disgruntlement. Which isn’t wrong on their parts. People just get so used to artists playing ball 100% of the time they get weirded out when a weirdo like Joe plays ball 0% of the time lol. Not saying Joe is perfect, but when are we gonna start realizing everyone who says Joe burns bridges is a relationship massaging, industry type.

La FlameJoe sort of created the hierarchy. Naming the pod after him, for branding, and taking the "a mic". Which was a smart move then. I feel like he completely over rules the others in major decisions and so on behind the scenes. Having relationship with people in power and so on.
Wanting to become someone in the industry that had "treated him bad". I feel like it has almost been or become a revenge mission in that sense, that he has lost touch with what he is doing I feel.
The fun has slowly been sucked out of it I feel like. It purely business now.
Just me though.

He’s the reason why it’s successful, he paid out of pocket for the first 2-3 years and is the main host.
