He alleges Joe was trying to get a percentage of Complex after only 1-year of ES( and not cut AK in) . Joe was trying to make it where Akademiks works for him(approving or denying AKs next contract). He had some more points , but I don’t remember. Ak was willing to release paperwork/proof, but Joe for whatever reason never called him out on it.

apple hasn't done any exclusive podcasts yet, if spotify already has rogan, apple acquiring the JBP isn't really competing at the same level

They haven’t but they could if they want to compete. Obviously JBP is no where near the level of JRE but for music podcasts in general, especially hip hop, it would be a great investment.
