It is, he defaults to his "Podfather" seen it all/done it all persona when he pops on other shows. He's like anti Ish because Ish will go somewhere else and be super lively. I think the only shows that would pull some personality out of him is if he sat down with Mel, R&M, or someone like Ak.

All of his friends and Joe himself has said how he’s really an introvert despite his loud boisterous persona . He’s able to be silly, performative and extra around his friends where he’s comfortable.

The JBP wouldn’t be half the show it is if he had to do it without his friends.
