Maybe s***ting on was the wrong expression, but just constantly calling them out and doing subtle disses towards them. Mocking the podcast charts and generally talking about Spotify needing to “stop f***ing around”. He’s justified in what’s he’s saying, I just wonder if it will have a negative effect in terms of black balling in the future.

Obviously contract negotiations are no joke. But them bringing it up on the podcast has a hint of humor to it. That's why they all laugh when they bring it up.

They’ll only get paid on a hip-hop orientated platform. I could see Puffy paying them out to pod exclusively for Revolt, but that’s not good business. Puff is notoriously a shark.

i listen to budden more but tbf to Joe rogan, his episodes without major guests (which is most episodes) are still really popular. Most of his guests are mid-level people or non-celebrity writers/journalists. i'm sure he turns down names all the time (like i'm sure budden does too)

Well Joe already in business with Revolt thru State of the culture. Imo the only reason why he wouldnt bring the pod there is bc he said he wants to keep those two entities separate.
