Drake and Dot shouldve got it in back in 2014 fr!

Now it feels like 3 uncs at the bbq arguing who had it back in the day!

None of this will shift any of their legacies! It just makes the HoF speeches in 25 years funnier. Thats all!

should've started right after kendrick's cypher verse at the hip hop awards in 2013. these idiots couldn't even do it for the love of the game. bunch of cowards with sensitive egos

    kdot

    bullshit projects?

u talking about actual K Dot days?

He doesn’t have a bs project

Bro saying his projects attract "intellectual yts" like it's a negative...maybe his projects have deeper layers and meaning that can be studied than an album talking about heartbreak with a girl etc

I'm not spinning a Kendrick album at the gym but that's not what it's for and I can appreciate an album like Kendricks in a different context to an album like drake

I didn't like Morale myself but you can't deny this man has classics

Why do they treat Mel like they did today? I thought it was very condescending.

If it was one or two of the other hosts doing it whilst the others backed her up it'd have balance but this felt like they were bullying her

the majority of rap fans are crackers man, the industry is ran by jews. ofc Kendrick have a large section of they fans, so does Cole and Drake. if you go to any of they shows your gonna see a lot of yts.

I agree , I don’t know why people are so focused on Kendrick’s fanbase as if it only applies to him.

Even old school artists like 50, Nas and Wutang have huge white audiences.

BREAKING NEWS- white people love hip hop and there are way more white fans than black fans of the culture.

    Some of y’all sound ridiculous.

yeah it was super condescending. I’ve felt like they’ve been like that to her since the beginning. They act like she’s not part of the show

Joe got the most forgettable diss record collection ever. He know how to rap for 100 hours but not now to make them records matter to anyone outside of his core fans

He ain’t got the juice like that. Hence being a podcaster now

Mal being team drake so fitting lol

    thats not what im saying
cacs really love kdot and gas up his bullshit projects as well

with drake its much more nuanced, yes he has a lot of white fans but he also has many haters, especially from the progressive and popstar stan section

if u ask a white person if they f*** with kendrick they are gonna say yes to 99%, just to not get their hood pass revoked, with drake thats not the case many people dont f*** with him

    Accurate.

Good album but the way yts hype up TPAB more than black people is unseemly

I don’t really agree with your 2nd paragraph. Everyone listens to, a***yzes and takes in music in different ways. We don’t know for certain under what contexts someone else may enjoy a piece of art. I listen to Kendrick at the gym therefore we can’t know the emotional depths and multiple layers someone might dig into Drake’s music because he is actually pretty good at pointing out a lot of things we’ve all experienced with women ngl

To me it’s so sad listening to JBP these days, especially with this legendary beef happening, a beef that can create legendary commentary content.

To hear JBP being pulled down to so low level commentary because of the co-hosts is just sad.

    Smarten up Joe

its not a negative or positive
    its just a fact

personally ive seen people that dont listen to rap or think its beneath them hype up kendrick bullshit because he is considered one of the "good ones"

so their opinion doesnt matter to many of us

So mad and insisting on getting his horrible takes of instead of letting Joe rock.

Have Joe & Parks ever glazed a verse as hard as they’re glazing Like That?

They acting like it was Adidon-Ether level and it makes them seem very disingenuous in these conversations

They can try to mask their hurt for that Drake paragraph all they want by trying to pull rank with the music s*** whenever someone says something that’s not in Kendrick’s favor but it’s easy af to see thru

They were adding so much stuff to the verse that Kendrick never said
Especially after Flip tried to inflate what "fuck" in "fuck the big 3, it's just big me" means lol
    It was nasty for sure

Yeah I was sitting there like “am I in the twilight zone?”

I also don’t believe they would have nitpicked 7 Minute Drill like they did if Cole wasn’t standing next to Drake for the last few months

It wasn’t the craziest diss ever but neither was Kendrick’s, they just have a lot more grace for the guy who is against Drake with them
