Always hated Rory until ice and ish started doing the pod. Now I understand the importance of Rory and mal. Got me relistening to episodes from 3 years ago

Feel like people don’t really care about their “interview” episodes yet and that’s causing the average views to go down bc people just want podding not music nerd interviews.

That being said I loved the Black Album anniversary pod they did but I feel like it’s gonna take a lil minute for their actual interviews to catch up to the pod in terms of people caring about them

100k for a new podcast with audio dropping one day earlier is pretty good. those were the average jbp numbers way back then too. and they have interviews with industry people, merch, social media presence, and live shows for more than 15 people in a room on top of that

Yeah we just used to 500k but 100k on youtube alone 2 times a week is amazing for a podcast

One good thing tho bout watching the episodes late is that you can see all the s*** that they speculate about and predict be flat wrong like HER selling 200k first week or sum

They’re good but would be much better with another person. They work better in a group. Also some of their topics are boring but mostly relationship stuff
