In retrospect I see why Warner didn’t wanna drop Snyder Cut. It was just delaying the inevitable and made things even more murky

The smartest thing they can do right now is use The Batman as their Iron Man 08 and build a new universe at least loosely related to that. No need for explicitly crossovers yet but keep the timing and canon open for an eventual JL movie

Just make the movies from now on to where you can plug and play different heroes in diff scenarios and where nothing contradicts anything in any of the movies without doing forced universe building. So basically set everything wit this new batch of DC movies after Flash in 2020’s and beyond and don’t put no s*** in it to where you’d have to cast a new Batman if he ever needs to show up. Not his universe but also not stepping on the toes of anything he’s done so that when the time comes for the next JL movie he can be an easy fit. No more a Reevesverse than it would be a Gunnverse or whoever is doing blue beetle verse? Lol the same way you never hear Whedonverse or Wattsverse

See I felt like that too but the way The new Joker reminds me of some s*** from their games it seems like anything can go in that universe it just has to be set up right.

I can’t see any DC heroes going into a future Batman film but I think Patterson would be dope crossing over into other DC movies. Sorta like how you never saw other heroes in the Bruce Timm BTAS/TNBA but that show was the foundation for the DCAU and Batman wasn’t out of place popping up on any of those shoes.
