On which Justice League movie is canon to The Flash: Zack Snyder's Justice League. They make a reference to The Speed Of Force time travel
On continuity going forward: The new DCEU Earth exists from compiling the different Multiverse elements we see in The Flash. BurtonVerse, Supergirl, etc. The SnyderVerse is not overwritten or erased, it's siloed to another alternate Earth in the Multiverse. It might even come back into play at some point.
On Superman and Cavill: It looks like there is definitively no Superman on this new DCEU Earth, and Cavill is likely out of the role altogether. But the door is still a chance for him to come back into play via crossover from the SnyderVerse
On Ben Affleck's Batman: Batfleck does not die, and his last scene is explicitly a tease for his return and likely setting up the Crisis movie

Imagine if they recast Ezra, reshoot and rewrite the entire movie, and it gets pushed back another 1-2 years

“Two Hilo residents filed for a temporary restraining order against the 29-year-old Justice League star in the Third Circuit District Court on Tuesday, according to a court document obtained by PEOPLE claiming that Miller harassed and threatened them.
The complaint alleges that Miller "burst into the bedroom of the petitioner(s) and threatened" the alleged male victim by "saying 'I will bury you and your s*** wife' " on Monday.
The document claims that Miller stole some of the alleged victims' personal belongings, including a social security card, wallet, passport, driver's license and bank cards.
Miller had allegedly been staying at the couple's home while in Hawaii, Radar reports, after one of them met the actor at a farmer's market. Sources told the outlet that the couple bailed Miller out of jail on a $500 bond on Monday following his arrest at the karaoke bar.
It was after that, when Miller was back at the couple's home, that he allegedly barged in on them, according to Radar.“

The story:
An actor known for playing “The Flash” in “Justice League” films was arrested after an incident at a Hawaii karaoke bar, where police say Ezra Miller yelled obscenities, grabbed a mic from a singing woman and lunged at a man playing darts.
Miller took issue with people singing the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper ballad “Shallow,” at Margarita Village, a bar where mostly locals frequent in Hilo, a small town on the Big Island late Sunday, Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quiocho said.
The song aggravated Miller, Quiocho said.
Miller, described in a news release as a 29-year-old visitor from Vermont, has been the source of police calls in Hilo 10 times since March 7, Quiocho said, adding it’s not clear how long Miller has been on the island.
They were “manini” incidents such as filming people at a gas station, refusing to leave the sidewalk area of a restaurant and arguing with people, Quiocho said, using a Hawaii Pidgin term that can mean minor or small.
“He’s an actor but he’s not like famous to me,” Quiocho said. “He’s not Ben Affleck, let’s put it that way.”
