The weather has been too damn hot the past few years, rent is expensive & there's nothing tying me down to stay over here

You feel me? Just the last few years the state has had such a surge of people from different states that it just doesn't even feel the same as it used to, especially out here in the Bay Area. Just made everything way to expensive and overcrowded, have some family out in Washington & Oregon & they love it.

i live up near the north bay and man is it getting expensive.. People are really getting pushed out to Vallejo/Sac/around Sac. I have my mom and friends thinking about portland
