Yeah 70 minimum in the front is ridiculous. I was actually planning on getting 35% all around minus the windshield. But my cousin told he was just ticketed for having illegal tints. I think he was running 35% in the front and 15% in the back. I know the back windows don’t have a legal limit. But now I’m wondering if having somewhat of contrast between the front and back helps or hurts your chances of getting pulled over

I got a fix-it ticket for front windows. They told me I wasn’t allowed any tint on the front windows. I had I think the option before darkest.
I took it off, paid $25 for them to remove the violation then paid $50 to get the tints back on

The actual ticket costs $130 if you don’t wanna remove it.

Second time I got pulled over I just rolled my windows down and the cop didn’t ask anything.

35% isn’t too dark. You can still see inside especially when the sunlight hits.
