    i'm assuming it's gonna be based off the mono mix of the album. it sounds so much better than the stereo version imo, except for Tomorrow Never Knows which sounds amazing

    I only really listen to the stereo mixes. With the Beatles really needs some updating haha

    Been doing this thing where I'm listening and relistening to artists and albums from the 50s to the present. Gonna hit the beatles later on and wondering if I should listen to the remix albums or stereo or mono first listen

    Not really a purist on this issue, but for early Beatles and Beach Boys, try to listen to the mono wherever possible

    Remixes are my favorite, I listen to the mono for the albums that haven't been remastered

    Wouldn't even be as good as Revolution 9 and that's saying something. What they really need to release is the complete 20 min Helter Skelter. Live at the Cavern, 1962 would be great too.
