Carmy tells her the dish isn’t ready so she serves it to a customer behind his back. She quits on the team on the busiest day after f***ing up, being rude and idiotic (stabbing someone) and then makes a big deal that Carmy didn’t tell her the moldy walls were being broken down?!
I'd argue that Carmy indecisive ass way more annoying. Actually didn't find Syd or Carm that grating. Mostly found them real/human/flawed. The family in the Christmas episode tho, oof marone, they can go jump in a lake

Carmy gave Sydney the opportunity of a lifetime in Season 1 and she acted like she was owed that. Very little gratitude shown other than admitting Carm's food was the best she ever had, after she quit

I really hate to say it out loud but you wrote exactly what I think whenever she’s on screen.. her character is just a buzzkill. Maybe it’s the writing or her acting but she sucks

1\. Not to put the item on the menu and she did
2\. The restaurant was not ready for to-go orders and she did it anywayHow would you react if your employees did s\*\*\* behind your back for the second time? Brush it off?
And then you got this homeless nigga baking whatever the f\*\*\* he wants to on the clock. Don't know about you, but I would scream and fire niggas. These niggas caused damage and have the audacity to quit afterwards?
