So when Sid looked at the order machine, was it that it ran out of paper and they ended up not completing everyoneās order? And thatās why she went and threw up cus she thought they failed?
wait who is claire?
Molly Gordonās character
I would have liked it if syd got an ep sheās the only who I felt like didnāt grow this season. I like her character but her problem is she has to remember the people sheās working with are humans too. I understand she wants everyone to be working at a professional level. Because of that it still feels like sheās an outsider of the family of everyone who works at the bear.

You didn't consider the episode where she went around tasting food as her ep?
I think with her character it might take more time to show growth? Cus she needs the least amount of growth if that makes sense? All the other characters growth came from them going to school and sharpening their skills, Syd doesn't need that cus like Carmen they both went to school. But I seen in EP9 with Carmy passing her the torch and making her head chef to run the kitchen as her finally growing into more
Also with TV shows you can't develop every character too fast because it leaves less to be explored for future seasons. It's a slow arc that carries over throughout every season.
Molly Gordonās character
i meant in the context of the show she an ex of carmy ?

i see it as a manifestation of her extreme anxiety and her throwing up was part of a call back to carmy doing so before service in NY/ whatnot

so so so satisfying to watch - almost like watching a friend get some pep in their step and treating themselves with the love and respect you know they deserve

Seems like she was hallucinating

so it wasnāt because the order machine was jammed/out of paper? I donāt get why they specifically focused in on that as long as they did
