daft punk as we seen hugely influenced by the bbs names screamadelica by primal scream (1991) as the album that made them want to start music

the beach boys are the bridge here, as screamadelica has crazy bbs feels, this song for example sounds like if something off of pet sounds or smile was cut in the 90s - INCREDIBLE STUFF:

but not only that, in 1992 they also did an ep that has a beach boys cover too, which one you may wonder, one of them hits surely? good vibrations or wouldnโ€™t it be nice

nope - not even close, primal scream picked the most obscure song they couldโ€™ve picked proving their superstanning card โ€œcarry me homeโ€ written by dennis in 1972, it is still to this day as of 2021 OFFICIALLY UNRELEASED, the only audio that has ever circulated of the song and what primal scream based it off of is A BOOTLEG recording

the original - in the best audio to be found as of now of the bootleg, with fan remastering skills through todays technology:

but primal scream, in order to cover it in 1992, prolly heard a much s***tier quality! yet they knew the gem it was and someone had to make justice, their cover:

does YOUR goat has decades old unreleased lost gem that is only circulating in bootleg quality that is being recorded and covered by new goats?

    THATS WHAT I THOUGHT

Love the strings (piano) sounds like I'm walking into a vampire's house

The beach Boys really love harmonizing it seems

Was this made for a movie? If not they're giving a grand experience for an album

I LOVED Screamadelica back in the day. I remember I was like 14 when I saw that album cover and needed to know what the hell it was.

Primal Scream had great influences, including the Beach Boys and, of course, classic period Rolling Stones.

he composed it alone yes, he has the boys working hard to harmonize and have studio musicians to pull off the ideas in his head

heโ€™s deaf by one ear too and was only what, 24 when all this was being made?

One thing about beach Boys is that they sound like themselves
Idk the way they harmonize is really them or maybe I don't have the references to know their influences but it seems like they really made a sound for themselves pulling from previous genres

Nah they definitely had their influences but after a few they had crystallized their own sound

The Four Freshmen were a big influence

they mostly pulled from four freshmen

but their tones is much more distinctive than many other harmonizing bands - they blended that onto surf songs and then psychedelic sounds like no one else has, this is why they made harmonies what it is today among pop culture - what birthes bands such as weezer and many more influenced artists we go over itt

before the bbs harmonies mostly stayed in doowop lanes
