I was talking about Panic! earlier today and remembered this track. Maybe my favorite from this album, great Pre-Chorus lol.

She said, "You're just like Mike Love
But you wanna be Brian Wilson, Brian Wilson"

Definitely the GOAT album from solo Brandon era Panic!, really bursting out with creativity and really catchy pop hits at every turn. Brandon went crazy with this one frfr, that beat on the track i posted alone is insane.

man murdered someone
to minimise that just because he made some good music is ridiculous
ive seen a lot of outlets do the same thing, rolling stone for example wrote about him as if he was some great guy whos career was just marred by a little bit of murder

You don't minimize it... You call him a horrible person then move on to the music discussion because it has no bearing on that conversation and the history he made. Griffith, Reifenstahl and Polanski still rightfully get mentioned whenever the pinnacle a cinema form gets mentioned.... Chuck Berry and Jerry Lee Lewis just a couple for rock and roll... Etc. Were just lucky there were so many musicians and singers between his psych and ours so it makes it much easier it separate art from artist in this case.
