Why everyone so sure we getting a Robin in Reeves verse?

Im in for the idea but with how Batman has been portrayed in movies it’s difficult to imagine him bringing in a child or teenager

Schumaker only live action movies that had a Robin (to not so great results) and even then he was basically an adult in his 20s

I guess TDKR had Robin too if that counts but wasn’t the traditional Robin

He literally constantly feels bad for the mayors kid who lost his dad cause he knows the feeling too. I can see him bring in a kid that lost his parents for sure

I think the kid will will be an inspiration for Batman, but won't be Robin
