we want the Riddler part 2 though
There’s a 6 issue prequel comic written by Paul Dano
That should give you the Riddler fix
Hush would be the worst possible choice for a 2nd movie. Need someone wildly different from Riddler.
Apparently hush or clayface wont appear according to Gunn
Gunn has nothing to do with this he should shut his mouth jokes about f***ing kids

Well that escalated quickly

Order of that post was broken English so I fixed but leave the Batman be without his input

I think it’s more that he knows what the movie is going to be about and he’s just dispelling the rumors. He is literally co-CEO of DC Studios so Matt is letting him know what he’s doing

I know I just think his way of continually expelling rumors is counter productive. Expel rumors where it affects someone’s livelihood or happiness but let fans speculate and be delusional some . We shouldn’t already know Krypto is in Superman or robin . But he just keep running his mouth

Speculation from rumors can be fun but at the same time it could raise expectations so much to where people are disappointed at the end.
Look at Multiverse of Madness. Everyone and their mother were saying “Tom Cruise is gonna be Iron Man” or “Magneto is going to show up.” Some people got so worked up and so invested in the rumors that at the end of the day, they were disappointed when the cameos all happen in one sequence within a five or so minutes.
The only thing we know for sure that Robin is going to be in is Brave and the Bold which was announced from the jump as a Batman and Robin movie. Krypto being announced is a little much I’ll give you that.

I think allowing people to speculate the villain some is fun . We all know they going to force the joker into it like they did last time . Adding that joker scene took away from the movie for me but the dumb f***s still did it
I really hope the rumor about D*** Grayson is true. I have no idea why filmmakers are so scared of Robin. If anyone can make it work, it’s Matt.
Gunn has nothing to do with this he should shut his mouth jokes about f***ing kids
He's the head of DC films now. He would know

Matt's iteration of Batman probably works the least with Robin lol

I know I’m saying let this cook separate
Honestly in this universe I can see Scarecrow, Joker, Bane, Ras, Deathstroke, and a few others I can’t think of.
Clayface and Mr Freeze I’ve been trying to visualize for a while and I just don’t see it.
Can someone explain to me how Hush is too similar to Riddler?
In Arkham City, Hush goes on a killing spree mutilating people for body parts so he could get reconstructive surgery to make himself look like Bruce Wayne. Sounds like a fire premise to a movie imo
There would need to be another villain in play who hires him to frame Bruce though. Otherwise it’d be Robert Pattinson fighting himself in the climax

And Robert fighting Robert in the climax will also help ME climax

Boy do I know just the movie for you that’s (maybe) coming out in 3 months

his rogues gallery is more eccentric than doing two serial killers in a row. yes there’s Massive differences in the nuances but the overarching concept is the same. even the motives against Bruce are sort of similar

Tbf a lot of Batman’s rogue are serial killers. Especially if you stay with the grounded characters
The fact they’re having Hush & Clayface (so far haven’t been debunked by Gunn) kinda interesting since they’re both similar in transforming their appearance albeit in different ways.
If they throw a political aspect in there it could look something like Hush devising a plan to take over the city by hiring Clayface (an actor) to play some politician character while he goes on a killing spree getting body parts to transform Clayface’s appearance into the politician he’s acting as. Then Batman has to catch them before they succeed.
Or maybe the murders have already happened and Batman investigating it leads to the twist of finding out some politician character is actually former actor Clayface (Basil) who transformed his appearance with the help of Hush to do Hush’s bidding.
Idk fanfic

I could also see Clayface being utilized after the power struggle that happens in The Penguin, by Oswald, to get Bruce and/or Harvey out of the picture (maybe still going for the Renewal Fund)
Instead of killing them outright, framing them for being involved in a few gangland murders.
One thing is for certain, Penguin’s rise to the top is definite with the ending of the first movie, but the events in the show will also inform atleast the start of the sequel
