What makes you think I give a s*** about what is uniformly considered a classic or not? People shat on Disclosure Day this year and I think it’s one of the best films made this decade. I genuinely don’t care about what people think about a film.
And yes, the Palme d’or is out of touch this decade because none of these winners hold any relevance anymore whereas they picked plenty of films in the past that are universally regarded as masterpieces even decades later.
