Feel like we won't get this until 2025 smh
Reeves has said that he is pretty slow at writing his scripts, and who knows if he is close to finishing writing it
Realistically he finishes writing by the end of the year, then production starts like the first half of next year .
So I'm thinking an early to middle 2025 release
I was hopeful for a October 2024 release, but Joker took that spot.
I know it heavily inspired the film bro
But it just doesn’t fit the whole vibe lmao
I feel like they coulda chosen a different song. A way better sound scape. I’m really good at that.
"I'm aware it heavily inspired the film. But it doesn't fit the vibe bro"
and the academy award for best lead actor goes to…
robert pattinson!
Mickey7 soon come…

Like I said, the curation was poor. it sounds like the idea of using the song just came to matt one day and he was like “ok, it’s time to use this”
When you hear the song in the movie there is absolutely no cohesion or chemistry between what we are seeing on screen and what we are hearing
The song is so good though it tricks you into thinking there is
still better than TDK
Y’all think Matt’s even started drafting the sequel? I personally don’t think he’s done more than kick around some general ideas. He seems the type to not rush into writing
Are you s***ting me?

POTENTIALLY
Man wtf WB
This better just be Reeves taking his time
POTENTIALLY
2026 at the earliest

this trilogy won't wrap up until at least 2030 calling it now
I expected this tbh
I think the batman we get in the next one will be much older with several years of experience under his belt so it kind of works
Zaslav literally mentioned Batman 2 in the earnings call. Chill. That article was a puff piece.
I like the idea of these films/shows being drawn out over the decade. Let this universe breathe, flesh it out slowly, and focus on quality
Reeves is currently back at work on the sequel, co-writing with Mattson Tomlin the second installment of a DC resuscitation that drew strong reviews and a global gross north of $770 million. Robert Pattinson is back for the sequel as the title character.
He ain't going nowhere
