Also I don’t think Batman are a multiple year commitment it would be like doing a movie outside MCU which Sebastian Stan was always good at balancing. Unless Batman merges with DCU of course

Deserved honestly. This is where the budget can fly confidently. Assuming rumors are true, we still might have a veteran talent for Chris Dent.

Even recent rising talent like Jayme Lawson are still here. Then there's Barry who's still just being stashed

they shot for something and its canonicity can be elastic since its a deleted scene (i really like the deleted scene)

but i still think its a really inspired joker choice and i think if they just use that as a jumping off point for early joker, bring down some of the facial scaring (or a lot of it) and make him more traditional and clownish, it could be generational
