Imo once they ended on a flooded Gotham, then teased that this would be set during winter, feel like it wrote itself all he gotta do is be trying to save his wife who drowned at ground zero using cryotherapy red goggles, a puffer, we in there. Make him more gruesome like how they did riddler (i.e. freezing someone then pushing them over, shattering them) and that's an easy bucket

I think the story/backstory of the character is for sure easy but more so figuring out the look and making sure the CGI is right if you gon be freezing niggas.

Don't think he'll have his typical comic/animation suit since Reeves likes to personalize things but I can see him doing a slim, makeshift astronaut suit or something since those have cooling elements in them. That's kinda how the Arkham games did it too.

It’s very intriguing I will say. But definitely seems like one of the more challenging villains to pull off (design wise)

Penguin was a little harder but they pulled it off without making it look cheesy and I thought Collin was great.
