    They made a comment in an interview that whenever theyd listen to a song in the studio and start feeling antsy for some new progression to come in they'd cut a measure off of it. Songs were much longer until late in the process, but the goal of the album is to be a kinetic kaleidoscope of evolving sounds and while I do wish a couple of these went on longer I think it's good for the album's identity that it feels like such a blitz of ideas

    It'll grow on people once they know what to expect after a couple listens. Putting it up against the first two albums single for single makes it feel a little weak, but it's every bit as cohesive and well produced as their other work when taken as a whole.

    At the beginning it sounds on but then it nudged a bit
