i didn’t sleep yet, that’s what i mean about degenerate habits 😔
it’s a restaurant supervisor role, but i just have to question the lack of communication and the decision making process of those above me
which sucks cause i like the venue itself and the chefs are really nice
the owners are people i already knew and got along with before starting, so it’s especially annoying for me
however i got a close sommelier friend of mine who has a venue opening later this year so i can always jump ship if there’s no improvements
