yeah you're right about tedesco. was a bit harsh on the halves tbh. really good 20 min spell in the first half but not scoring any points hurt.

yeah the difference in structures when attacking was def noticeable. i'm a bit of a casual nowadays but what are the general thoughts on your wingers? to'o and addo-carr hardly involved. i know losing latrell and turbo were big but besides Crichton there wasn't much industry.

As a Canterbury supporter, I love Addo Carr, he is an excellent winger, but last night, not so much. Failed to defuse the first try of the Cherry Evens kick and jammed in too often. You can't be doing that when Cook is playing an unfamiliar role inside him. To be honest, he's also to blame for the last try where took out Cook. He capped off the night with a dog shot at Walsh. He didn't get much ball in either game. I don't remember a single time they created an overlap where he could use his pace.

To'o is a fantastic winger, he made a mistake in the second try but ran for 172 metres from 18 carries, with a couple of tackle breaks. Usual performance from him. He is the best winger in the NRL currently.

Only winger i would consider replacing Addo Carr with is Campbell Graham which has been in red hot form for Souths this season. Unfortunately he got injured prior to origin selection. Tupou is too old, Sua'ali'i fallen off cliff form wise and someone like Alex Johnson is just not designed to play origin.

Wingers don't win you games tho, they are finishing touch to a team. Usually they get the least amount money ie why they all wanna move to fullback

coaching, selection, attitude of the players is all wrong.

pros: it is perfect here in winter, so tropical, lots of fishing, insanely lively at the esplanade with okay nightlife imo, so many good places to go out for beers, it is a real city but so chill in the outer suburbs.

cons: it will be very hot in summer, heard it will rain on and off in jan feb. A lot of crime up here though. Not a super huge city, 4 and half hours to the next big city
