Is basically like eastern suburbs here in syd?

I’m not really sure, it’s like one isolated really rich suburb surrounded by some slightly grungier ones like St. Kilda, Prahran, Richmond etc. albeit next to Toorak too lol

But it’s the richest suburb right by the CBD, the other richer ones are a little further out like Kew in the east, Brighton south east etc.
