Like they’re soft and so close to being “drumless” but you feel that knock just enough to stay locked in. It’s kind of terrorizing but in a good way lol.

Having said that it only works when the sample is on point, which is why drumless rap in general gets a bad rep. You NEED a fire sample before even considering drumless
