Then he got injured, and his skill regressed, leading the Eagles to become worse as a team
Ben Simmons also started hot out of the gate, but got injured as well, like against the Celtics in the bubble. His shooting has regressed, obviously, and he isn't playing as good as last season, causing the Sixers to lose games since Ben is a star player and is relied on to help the team win

Carson didn't play in the bowl but he got us HFA before he went down, and had a case for being the best player in the league that season before the injury. Ben never been that.
