Hot take.

Though this year might be a bit ahead of others injuries are almost just as prevalent almost every other. Last year in the bubble under perfect basketball playing conditions Dame, Giannis, Porzingis, Hayward, Sabonis, Russ, Bam, Dragic, Simmons, and more I’m sure I’m forgetting about all got injured and missed playoff time.

The year before the Warriors lost 2 of their 3 best players in the finals.

2017-2018 like 4 dudes blew out their knees at the all star break and needed to be replaced for the all star game. Then the CP3 injury in the conf finals on top of all the guys that were already out.

Also a bunch of these injuries are freak accidents. Embiid, Mitchell, Kyrie, AD, LeBron, Jamal Murray, and Jaylen Brown all had funny landings or weird collisions that’s caused the injuries.
