i got a startup idea that is:

• a 2 sided market with network effects, neither side concentrated enough to extract value
• primarily software based but with a strong hardware lock-in
• fixed costs low enough to bootstrap and prove the business case before needing investment
• immaterial variable costs
• no direct competitors but an adjacent business model that serves as PoC
• sits atop an existing social graph so low C***- significant first mover advantage
• conservative TAM ~$600M yearly revenue in US/Canada alone
• cashflow positive at any scale but strong benefit to deep market penetration early
• synergies with one of the most quickly growing industries in the states, with ample exit opportunities and/or partnerships
