in my opinion there needs to be a greater incentive to avoid obesity besides health because American's clearly don't care.

I would like to see mandatory yearly physicals for everyone in the country that include body fat % (free of charge). Obese people are taxed proportionately to how obese they are. They pay less tax the more weight they lose. No more tax once they're healthy weight.

This would make people not wanna become obese in the first place and hit already obese people where it helps the most (less money for food)
