Bruh the towing yard my car is at wants $398 plus $65 a day for me to get my car back. And I have to pay for another towing company to pick up my car. Like wtf at this point imma just let em keep it since it’s totaled and I’d be losing money getting it and then trynna sell it out for parts.

No but I only have liability, like the minimum insurance required in California. They only cover me up to 5k in damages if I hit someone else, nothing for me.

Is there even a point in reporting the accident to my insurance? My dad said I should in case I get charged by the city for the police having to clean up all the debris my car left but idk I don’t want my rate to go up if I’m not required to tell them
