Rewatching right now and this ain't true....
This all just the 1st qtr...
First 2 Celtics buckets were scored on KD...
3rd he got a goaltend on Fournier in transition...
Tatum just blocked him and went the other way for an easy layup... not on him, but the bucket is his fault.
4th then Tatum just drove on KD and flipped in a layup...
5th KD gives Langford a wide open 3 in the corner and he nails it.
6th Thompson backs KD down and gets the ball from Tatum for an easy layup.
7th Smart hits a 3 right over KD right before the end of the first qtr to give Celtics the lead after the Nets were up big early.

And I know there were even more in the 2nd half.

The point of it was it didn't really matter... y'all were making shots regardless... Now of course KD was giving it to em on the other end just as much too.

It doesn’t make a difference.

Every young player who has gotten to their first playoff or high leverage game has shown out recently. Ja, Booker, Luka, Trae, even Mitchell a couple years ago.

That’s a cop out argument, there’s nothing that proves that their play would decrease during a “high leverage moment”

we weren’t a bad team when SGA was playing, we were a play in team. Nor where we getting routinely blown out. And not only are his numbers good, but he’s more efficient than any name we’ve said so far by far despite having less help, creating more shots, and having less spacing

Not to mention he was top 5 in clutch play all season

Opponents are shooting 11% on his contests, 22% on 2s.

It does... You mentioning young players that have balled isn't an argument for those that haven't.

You're making an assumption that dismisses that there is a difference between playing on bad teams and in a lot of blowouts or meaningless games.... There's less pressure in games that aren't close and the defensive focus isn't the same as it is on a team that's winning in generally closer games and also higher leverage ones.

That wasn't just for SGA, but all 3 of those guys.

And you already used that bad point.)We were a play in team before SGA got hurt. SGA was top 3 in clutch AKA CLOSE game scoring. We weren’t a bad team like the Houston Rockets !

Also didn’t Dfox go off in the bubble last year to make the playoffs? Didn’t make it but he performed. Again, proving my point LMAOO.
