What happened literally disproved this. I got a call before their first appointment of the day with a smaller window than initially provided. Ultimately proving they could calculate a smaller window than the 4 hour window initially provided due to the fact nothing about the schedule or information they had at hand changed between yesterday and when they called me with a smaller window this morning. I never said windows aren’t reasonable, I said a 4 hour window is not reasonable because the company has a full understanding of every situation before beginning the work day and as a result they should be able to calculate the times to something much more specific than 4 hours which they literally proved by calling after just looking at their agenda at the start of the day.

Also talked to the tech who said they can look at the schedule ahead of the work day and calculate where and when they’ll be somewhere to a 1-2 hour window depending on how busy they are :work:
