There are already way too many people in prison as it is also. No point in having an 83 yr old in jail with chronic illnesses
Student registered nurse anesthetist. Graduate in January then I’m a CRNA
Our world really in a dark place
Interesting idea but most gun violence is committed with illegal guns, no?
Need a buyback on all guns!
For sure no case is as simple as it may seem on the surface but just because a man is old and/or physically incapable of performing said crime again doesn’t mean he should be let off “easy”
The prison system is far from perfect but they do have psychiatrists who are paid to help and/or understand these people from the psychological perspective
You make a good point. For his victims you don't want him to be let off easy but what life will he actually live outside of prison anyway
I think it’s broke people that spend the most money on take out and restaurants TBH
Maybe if by restaurants u mean mcds and taco bell
not in terms of mass shootings

They don’t count gang violence in mass shootings

I see what you’re saying and agree to an extent. Perhaps the solution is to have separate facilities for elderly inmates that is more focused on care rather than punishment/solidarity. They may already do this in some places now
Would be expensive to the state/taxpayers though 🥴

Why would they. Completely different
Was their ever any evidence against cosby apart from just "he said she said"?

Classic story of 100+ women all capping together

Decade old cases that involved sexual assault. Hard to have physical evidence other than DNA especially for sexual assault cases and even harder for decade old ones.

Yea prisons are starting to do these things I think. The othe argument is that taxpayers would be the ones paying for this type of care. When if you just released them from prison the cost burden would be on the inmate
R. Kelly probably thinking to himself, hey court system, can I get some of that same treatment too??
Noo
You'll say no to gun buybacks but advocate that murderers shouldn't be in prison lol
They need an island to send criminals to again like australia used to be
Living in Australia basically living in prison already
🤣🤣🤣
